Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well-respected neurological therapy clinic in Clayton. Support clients of all ages who are living with cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, brain injuries and other complex presentations. This hands-on therapy role is ideal for a clinician with strong clinical reasoning, confidence with complex cases, and a genuine passion for client-centred care. You’ll be part of a warm, tight-knit, and highly collaborative team that values integrity, communication, and supporting one another. What’s on Offer Generous base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 Super (dependent on experience) Highly flexible position with option to work full-time/part-time hours and ability to WFH! Strong focus on professional development and learning with in-house training, supervision and CPD support. Responsibilities Manage a diverse neurological caseload (paediatrics to adults) Complete assessments, dynamic splint/compression garment prescriptions, fittings, and reviews Liaise with clinic coordinators to organise client sessions and clinic flow Provide clear communication, education, and support to clients, families, and external stakeholders Participate in internal training, supervision, and collaborative problem-solving Contribute positively to a culture built on trust, teamwork, and focusing a on positive client experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy Minimum 5 years experience (neurological background essential) Experience working with a mixed caseload of children and adults Strong communication skills and ability to confidently liaise with diverse clients and clinicians Car and valid driver’s licence required AHPRA registration Full working rights in Australia Interested in this position?
